Disassembly of the Cooling
Compartment Insulation
Preparation:
Disconnect the dispenser from the mains
supply and close the water tap.
Remove the front cover.
CAUTION:
When the front cover is made
of glass, there is the danger of
being injured if the glass cover
breaks.
Completely remove the front part.
(see chap. G.5)
Withdraw the sheet covering (1) from the
cooling compartment insulation and unplug
the cable harness (2) from the pc board.

Disassembly:
Remove the cooling compartment top (3).
(Fig. 1)
Remove the B2 coil:
-
remove the cellular sealing (4). (Fig. 1)
-
loosen the screws (5) and withdraw the B2
coil. (Fig. 1)
Remove the bottom part (6) and the upper
part (7) of the cooling compartment
insulation and cut it up if required. (Fig. 1)
CAUTION:
The Peltier element must not
be damaged.
Observe that the cooling
compartment is not placed on
top of the Peltier element.
Do not dismount the Peltier
element.
Insert the new cooling compartment
insulation (8) in the following order. (Fig. 2)
Place the cable (9) in the recess of the
upper cooling compartment insulation part.
(Fig. 2)
CAUTION:
Observe that the Peltier
element cables are placed
correctly.
First, insert the upper part (10) of the new
insulation and then the bottom part (11).
