Remove the screw (H) securing the width sensor to the ADF paper tray.

ADF cover open / ADF pick sensor

Note: The ADF cover open and ADF pick sensor are one assembly.
1.
Remove the flatbed upper cover.
2.
Disconnect the sensor cable (A) from the connector on the sensor.
3.
Remove the screw (B) securing the sensor cable to the ADF inner cover.
