Loading the Splash Screen via TCM

To load the bitmap:
1. Click TCM.exe in the TCM directory.
2. Connect the PDT 8100 to the development PC and invoke IPL to prepare the
terminal to receive the splash screen download.
3. Select Load Terminal from the File menu on the development PC.
4. Select your splash screen hex file to begin downloading to the PDT 8100.
5. Close TCM.
