Paper feed assembly removal

1.
Remove the rear cover.
2.
Remove the cassette.
3.
Remove the stepper motor assembly.
4.
Disconnect the cables from connectors CN11, CN13, CN18 on the expansion feeder controller board.
5.
Remove the screws (A) holding the paper feed gear assembly.
6.
Remove the gear assembly (B) and the paper feed clutch (C).
7.
Remove three gears from the paper feed unit.
8.
Remove the three cassette guide screws (D).
9.
Remove three screws (E)
10.
Remove three screws from the left side of the paper feed unit (F).
11.
Feed the sensor cables through the side. Use care to avoid damaging the insulation.
12.
Gently lift the paper feed unit out of the expansion feeder.
