The format of system information varies with the output destination
If the output destination is console, monitor terminal, logbuffer, trapbuffer, or SNMP, the system

timestamp sysname module/level/digest: - unitid –content

Before <timestamp> may have %, "#, or * followed with a space, indicating log, alarm
