Reserving transmission

Reserving transmission
The next transmission can be reserved during communication or printing.
This function is referred to as transmission reservation.
0 [Off-Hook] cannot be used for transmission reservation.
0 When [Transmission Display] is set to OFF, [Next Job Reservation] is not
displayed.

Press [Fax] on the control panel to display the fax screen.

Press [Next Job Reservation].

Place the original.
– For details, refer to "Placing origi-
nals on the platen glass" on
page 3-8.
– To delete a reserved transmission,
press [Job List] - [Fax TX], select
the job you want to delete from
[Current Jobs] and press [Delete].
– Although the reservation list key on
the fax screen will flash when the
machine has run out of paper or pa-
per has become jammed in the ma-
chine while processing a job prior
to the transmission reservation,
transmissions can still be reserved.

Set the desired functions as necessary.
– See "Setting transmission condi-
tions" on page 3-11 for setting
functions on the fax screen.
– See "Opening the scan setting screen and comm. setting screen"
on page 7-3 for setting functions on the fax application screen.

Select a destination.
