7.11.3 Deleting documents from a confidential user box

Perform following procedure to delete documents from a confidential user
box.
Deleting documents
You can collectively delete documents from confidential user box in the util-
ity mode.

Press [Box] on the control panel.

Select the [Public User Box] tab, and then select a box specified as
[Confidential User Box].

When the password is set, enter the password in the screen displayed
and press [OK].
– Up to 8 digits can be entered for the password.

Select the confidential box no. using
