WARM HOLD FEATURE
WARNING
Food Poisoning Hazard
Do not let food sit in oven more than one
hour before or after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or
sickness.
IMPORTANT: Food must be at serving tem-
perature before placing it in the warmed oven.
Food may be held for up to one hour, how-
ever, breads and casseroles may dry out if left
in the oven during Warm Hold.
Warm Hold allows hot cooked foods to stay
warm before serving. It can also be used at
the end of a Timed Cook.
To use in the Stand-Alone mode:
• Press the WARM keypad.
• Set the temperature, if desired. To do this,
press the TEMP up (s) or down (t) key-
pads to raise or lower the temperature in
5°F (3°C) increments to set the tempera-
ture to a setting other than the preset
170°F (77°C). The warm range is from
100 to 200°F (38 to 93°C).
• Press the START keypad.
• Press the STOP CANCEL keypad when
finished.
To use the Automatic Warm Hold/Cool func-
tion:
At the end of a timed cook, (with or without a
delayed start), or at the end of a sequence pro-
gram in which the last step is not the Warm
Hold mode, the oven will automatically set a
1 hour Warm Hold at 170°F (77°C).
If the Warm Hold mode is not cancelled at any
time during the 1 hour period, the Cool func-
tion will follow immediately after the period has
elapsed, and will continue to operate for up to
24 hours, or until the function is cancelled.
The Cool function mode will also occur at the
end of a sequenced program, which ends with
a timed Warm function (see "Sequence Pro-
gramming" on page 8-2).
When the Cook time ends, or when the last
step of the sequence is complete, the display
will show a warming countdown time. When
the warming time ends, and the oven control
enters the Cool function, "COOL" and the time-
of-day will show on the display.
To disable the Automatic Warm Hold/Cool
function:
• Press and hold the WARM keypad for 5
seconds. "OFF" will appear in the display.
• Repeat the previous step to enable the
Warm Hold/Cool function. "ON" will ap-
pear in the display.
