12-HOUR SHUTOFF
When the oven is operating, the electronic oven
control will automatically turn the oven off af-
ter a 12-hour period has elapsed. This feature
will not interfere with any of the timed, or de-
layed cook functions.
For cooking periods that require oven usage
that is longer than 12 hours, the 12-hour shutoff
feature will have to be turned off.
To turn off the 12-hour shutoff:
• Press and hold the CLOCK keypad for 5-
seconds. A single tone will sound, and
"12H OFF " will appear on the display. The
oven will now remain on until it is manu-
ally turned off.
• Repeat the previous step to turn the
12-hour shutoff back On. A single tone
will sound, and "12H on" will appear on
the display.
OVEN TEMPERATURE
CALIBRATION ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the oven temperature calibration:
• Press and hold the BAKE keypad for
5 seconds until the oven display shows
the current calibration (for example "0 ° F
CAL").
• Press the TEMP up (s) keypad to in-
crease the temperature, or the TEMP

adjustment can be set between 30°F
(15°C), and –30°F (–15°C).
• Press the START keypad.
THE COOL FUNCTION
The Cool function allows the user to program
a timed cool for up to 24 hours. This allows the
user to store a previously prepared meal in the
oven, and keep it at the same temperature as
a refrigerator, for up to one full day, before cook-
ing the meal at a pre-programmed time.
To set the oven for an automatic 24 Hour
Cool function:
• Press the COOL keypad. "COOL" and
"START?" will appear on the oven display.
• Press the START keypad.
• Press the STOP CANCEL keypad at any
time to clear the function.
To set a Delayed, or a Timed Cool function:
• Press the COOL keypad.
• Press the START TIME keypad.
• Press the HR and MIN up (s) or down
(t) keypads, and enter the time-of-day
to begin cooling.
• Press the STOP TIME keypad.
• Press the HR and MIN up (s) or down
(t) keypads, and enter the time-of-day
to end cooling.
• Press the START keypad. "Delay" and
"COOL" will appear on the oven
display.
When the start time is reached, the oven
will automatically begin to cool. When the
stop time is reached, the oven will shut
off automatically. "End " will appear on the
display, and end-of-cycle tones will sound.
• Press the STOP CANCEL keypad to clear
the display, and stop the reminder tones.
SEQUENCE PROGRAMMING
Sequence programming allows programming
for up to four (4) Cook functions at one time. It
is usable with other electronic oven control
functions, such as the Timer.
Sequence programming takes precedence
over any non-sequenced Cook function. For
example, if an untimed Bake function is in
progress, and a sequence program is started,
the untimed Bake function will be canceled,
and the program sequence will start.
All of the steps in a sequenced program must
be programmed with a stop time. If a stop time
is not entered for a step within the sequence
program, and the FIRST STEP/NEXT STEP
keypad is pressed, three tones will sound, in-
dicating an invalid keypad press.
