If the long-term average outside temper-
ature falls below the dual-mode temper-
ature, the control unit enables operation
of the instantaneous heating water
heater. Above the dual-mode tempera-
ture, the control unit starts the instanta-
neous heating water heater only if the
heat pump develops a fault.
