Unplug the cable JPS1 from the controller board, and verify the following
voltages from the cable:
•
+5 V at pins 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
•
GND at pins 18, 20
Are the voltages correct?
Step 6
Replace the power supply.
Does the error remain?

Is the control panel functioning properly?
Step 8
Perform the control panel service check. Go to
check" on page 111.

Is the LED on the bottom of the controller board illuminating?

POR into the Diagnostics menu and perform a button test:
Diagnostics Menu > HARDWARE TESTS > Button Test
Did the printer pass the test?
Step 3
