During this initial interval (seconds) packets do

not trigger PPP interface.

Negotiate this IP address as primary DNS server.

Negotiate this IP address as secondary DNS

DNS route metric to be used for the negotiated

DNS servers.

Maximum time the link may be idle (seconds).

Consider the link being idle if no traffic is sent

and/or received during the idle time.

Take local IP address from 'laddr' field and

remote IP address from the pool. SVC only.
