ADDRESS BOOK/SPEED DIALS

Address Book/Speed Dials – New Entry
1. Select Address Book on the initial screen. Press the SELECT button.
2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the NEW icon. Press the SELECT button.
3. Address Screen will appear with the cursor placed in the Name Field.
4. The on-screen keyboard will appear. Use the arrow buttons to highlight the
first letter of the name you would like to enter and press the SELECT button.
Repeat the process until you have completed the name. To capitalize a
letter, precede that letter with a space using the space on the on-screen
keypad. (The first letter following a space appears as a capital letter.)
Numbers are to be entered on the Remote Control's numeric keypad.
5. Select ENTER on the keyboard when the entry is completed.
6. Press the DOWN arrow button to select ISDN Numbers or Telephone. Note:
Leave the ISDN numbers field empty when entering a Telephone number.
The system will attempt to make a video call if it recognizes an entry in the
ISDN Numbers field.
7. ISDN and Telephone number fields:
Use the numeric keypad on the Remote Control to enter the number.
Use the RIGHT arrow button to enter a dot (this makes larger numbers
easier to read).
Use the LEFT arrow button to delete a digit.
8. Press SELECT when the entry is completed. Two numbers are required
when entering ISDN Numbers. The second number may be identical to the
first.
9. Highlight the SAVE icon and press SELECT to save the entry.

(GAB). You can toggle
between your own system's
Address Book and GAB. All
information is retained!
