PRESENTATION PROBLEMS
Symptoms
Can not view presentation or
snapshots from the Web.

SYSTEM CONTROL PROBLEMS
Symptoms
System does not respond to the
hand-held remote control.
Low-battery icon on the screen.
GENERAL PROBLEMS
Symptoms
Slow blinking green light
appears on the front of the
ViewStation.
Red light appears on the front
of the ViewStation.
Green light appears on the front
on the ViewStation.
Can not enter the System
Setup Menus.
System starts in the Software
Update screen.
Cause
Incorrect viewing
password.
Cause
No batteries in the
remote.
Batteries installed
incorrectly.
Low battery in the remote
control.
Cause
The system is sleeping.
The system is in a call.
The system is not in a
call.
System is password-
protected.
System software is
corrupt or not loaded
properly.

Solution
To check the slide &
snapshot viewing password
& other information about
your presentation, press the
INFO button on the remote
control during a
presentation. The viewing
password may be changed
on the Security Setup
screen.
Solution
The green light at the front
of the ViewStation should
blink each time you press a
button on the remote.
Insert batteries with the
correct +/- position.
Replace the batteries in the
remote with 3 new AAA
batteries.

System is in Power-Save
Sleep mode. This is
normal. The system will
wake up on any action from
the remote control or on an
incoming call.

Go to Diagnostics menu
and perform a system
reset. This will erase all
your system settings except
for your address book. You
may then enter a new
password in the Security
menu.
Re-load system software on
the ViewStation from your
PC.
