Set the unit's ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, and unplug

the power cord.
Remove the left side panel.

Cut the tie-wraps, and remove the 3/8-inch green oxygen

tubing from the flowmeter fittings.
Unscrew the flowmeter nuts with a wrench.

Remove the flowmeter through the control panel.

To install a new flowmeter, follow the flowmeter removal proce dure
in reverse order. Then perform a leak test on the connections.
Set the unit's ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, and unplug the
power cord.
Remove the side and back panels.
Open the plastic twist clamps.
Cut the tie-wraps (located near the power cord push-on connectors).
Disconnect the white and black power cord leads.
Lay the unit face down, and unscrew the two Phillips-head screws that
secure the power cord receptacle to the base of the unit.
Use a slotted-head screwdriver to break the receptacle seal.
Pull the receptacle forward until the back of the strain relief is visible.
Press both ends of the strain relief together with needle-nose pliers to
remove and save it for reuse.
