5.11.1 ON/OFF Power Switch Removal

Install the new pressure switch, connect the leads, and leak test.
Reconnect the side panel.
Set the unit's ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, and unplug

the power cord.
Remove the left side panel.

Disconnect the circuit breaker leads.

Unscrew the circuit breaker while you apply pressure to the

circuit breaker retaining ring.
Follow the removal procedure for the circuit breaker in reverse order
to install the new circuit breaker.
Set the unit's ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, and unplug

the power cord.
Remove both side panels, the lower front panel, and the back
2
cover.
3 Unscrew the four Phillips-head screws that hold the control
panel to the superstructure.
Cut off the two white tie-wraps from the terminal strip leads.

Disconnect the ON/OFF switch leads from the back of the
5
switch.
Push on the back of the power switch, while holding in its
6
retaining tabs, and remove the switch through the front panel.
