High or Low Pressure Switch Replacement
(In Equipped Units)
The high pressure switch is located closer than the low pressure switch to the
pressure test port. Remove it first to gain access to the low pressure switch.

Remove the diaphragm. (Clean or replace it.)
Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to unscrew the diaphragm

stem guide located in the center of the regulator body to gain
access to the seat.
Remove the seat. Be careful not to lose the spring located

behind the seat.
Clean or replace the seat.

With the spring behind the seat, screw the diaphragm stem
8
guide back into the body of the regulator. (Do not over
tighten.)

Install a clean or replacement diaphragm.

Put the large spring and slip ring into the bonnet, and screw
the bonnet onto the regulator body.
Reset the product regulator as described in Section 5.8.1.

Set the unit's ON/OFF switch to the OFF position, and unplug the
power cord.
Remove the right side panel.
Disconnect the leads to the pressure switch.
Unscrew the pressure switch from the pressure test block.
NOTE
Adjust the product regulator fully
counterclockwise to unload the spring.
This makes disassembly and reassembly
easier.
