8) Poor fusing performance

Check item
Check the paper type.
The fuser unit is worn out.
Check if the surface of the fuser belt &
pressure roller is scratched.
Check if the heat roller control temperature
is too high or low.
Check resistance of both heating lamps.
Result Action
No Set the paper type on control panel.
Yes Replace the fuser unit.
Yes Replace the fuser unit.
No Check the NC Sensor.
Yes Change the heating lamp.
