3.3.22.1. Scan Glass

1. Remove the DADF Unit. (Refer to 3.3.21)
2. Remove 4 stickers and 4 screws.

3. Remove 2 screws. Remove the COVER-GLASS while
pulling the COVER-PLATEN RIGHT slightly.
4. Push and release the PLATEN GLASS.
