10. Lift out the HDD with the ball-point mouse connector and speaker attached.
11. Place your fingers behind the plastic plate on the HDD connector and pull to disconnect the
flexible cable from the HDD.
12. Remove four flat-head M2x4 screws securing the bracket to the HDD and slip off the
bracket (Figure 4-16).

Installing the Hard Disk Drive

To install the computer's hard disk drive, follow the steps below and refer to Figures 4-14 through
4-17.
1. Secure the bracket with the four flat-head M2x4 screws (Figure 4-16).
2. Connect the flexible cable to the HDD (Figure 4-16).
