Groups Group range mapping to the RP below.
RP Address of the rendezvous point for that group.
RP hold Hold time of the RP.

expires Time (in hours, minutes, and seconds) after which the information about candidate RP
entry expires. If the router does not receive any refresh messages in this time, it discards
information.
