Causes and Countermeasures
When DirectX 9.x or Windows Media Player 9.x is
installed on the computer, the video image screen
appears in black.
[Countermeasure]
To make use of Built-in MPEG4 Viewer of VN-X35U,
install "ffdshow" that is open source codec. You can
download "ffdshow" from the Internet.
● Set the switch to or , and press the Reset
button.
● When using the output, set the privacy mask to
AOffB.

Check whether the MIC terminal is connected to the

Check whether a CS mount lens is used.
