Carbonator Installation
1.
Clean around Carbonator tank opening removing all silicone, and make sure cavity is clean and dry.
2.
Place new Carbonator in place of the old one.
3.
Reconnect probe wire harness to pump and motor.
4.
Seal top of Carbonator with silicone.
5.
Connect the CO

Reconnect the Carbonator lines to the Carbonator.
7.
Reinstall valve body, back cover and front cover of the valve No. 8 to unit.
8.
Turn on the CO
9.
Turn on the water supply that is connected to the pump and motor.
10. Reconnect the power to the unit and to the pump and motor.
11. Test system and pump and motor for leaks.
12. Apply insulation tape as needed to cover tubes on Carbonator.
13. Remove and clean all foreign substance from bin and replace ice.
14. Replace Sanitary Plate, Sliding Lid, Drip Tray, Splash Panel and Cup Rest.
