RIP Protocol
Enable Bridge Mode
WAN Backup Setup
Mode – Choose ARP Detect or Ping Detect for the system
to execute for WAN detection.
Ping IP – If you choose Ping Detect as detection mode, you
have to type IP address in this field for pinging.
TTL (Time to Live) – Displays value for your reference.
TTL value is set by telnet command.
Routing Information Protocol is abbreviated as
RIP(RFC1058) specifying how routers exchange routing
tables information. Click Enable RIP for activating this
function.
Check this box to invoke the Bridge function for WAN
connection. The router will work as a bridge modem.
Dial Backup Mode - If you install a 3G USB modem on
the router, choose the 3G USB Modem to perform WAN
backup via USB device. Then, click the 3G USB Modem
Backup link to access into the following page for
configuring detailed settings.
PPP Client Mode - Click Enable to activate this mode for
WAN2.
SIM PIN code - Type PIN code of the SIM card that will
be used to access Internet.
Modem Initial String - Such value is used to initialize
USB modem. Please use the default value. If you have any
question, please contact to your ISP.
APN Name – APN (Access Point Name) is provided by
your ISP for identifying different access points. Simply
click Apply to apply such name. Finally, you have to click
OK to save the setting.
Apply – Activate the function of identification.
Modem Dial String - Such value is used to dial through
USB mode. Please use the default value. If you have any
question, please contact to your ISP.
PPP Username - Type the PPP username (optional).
PPP Password - Type the PPP password (optional).
