User Name

The user name is useful for selecting a
destination when sending faxes or e-
mail. You can also use it as a folder
destination.

Registering a User Name

Press the { { { { User Tools/Counter} } } } key.

Press [System Settings].

Press [Key Operator Tools], and then
press [T T T T Next].

Press [Address Book Management].

Press [New Program].

Press [Change] on the right of the
user (destination) name.
The user (destination) name entry
display appears.

Enter the user (destination) name,
and then press [OK].
Note
❒ The user name can be used for
documents in the Document
Server. For details about the
Document Server, see p.33 "Us-
ing the Document Server".
To select the title
A Press the key for the classifica-
tion you want to use under Se-
lect Title.

❒ The keys you can select are as
ZFLS110E
follows:
• [Freq.]... Added to the page
• [AB],[CD],[EF],[GH],[IJK],[
❒ You can select [Freq.] and one
more page for each title.
