2.2 Installing the Display

The display can be mounted in either landscape or portrait orientation. A mounting bracket set is
included. The power supply can be installed up to nine feet away from the display panel.
The easiest way to mount the display is to use
the two mounting brackets supplied in the ac-
cessories kit. One of these brackets has two
large tabs and mounts to the rear of the display
with three bolts. The other bracket has two slots
and mounts on the wall.
When mounted and hung in landscape ori-
entation, using the brackets supplied, the top of
the display will be 1-7/8" (4.8 cm) higher than
the row of mounting holes in the wall bracket.
When mounted and hung in portrait orienta-
tion, the top of the display will be 9-1/2"
(24.1 cm) higher than the row of mounting
2 - 4
holes in the wall bracket.
When you plan the installation, leave at least
1–3/4" (4.5 cm) of space above the top of the
display. This will allow you to lift the unit over
the wall bracket. This is true for either orienta-
tion.
Taken together, this means that in landscape
orientation, the holes for the wall bracket
must be at least 3-5/8" (9.2 cm) below the ceil-
ing. In portrait orientation, the holes of the wall
bracket must be at least 11-1/4" (28.6 cm) below
the ceiling.
