Test Modes
Description
Puts the DSL PHY in test mode, sending only a Normal signal.
Puts the DSL PHY in test mode, sending only a REVERB signal
Puts the DSL PHY in test mode, sending only a MEDLEY signal.
The DSL PHY will attempt to establish a connection as in Normal mode, but once the
connection is up, it will not retrain even if the signal is lost.
Puts the DSL modem in the L3 power state.
