Utilize this screen for diagnostics regarding your VDSL PTM or Ethernet WAN connection.
Fault Management is compliant with IEEE 802.1ag for Connectivity Fault Management.
After selecting
Diagnostics -> Fault Management
Level, Destination MAC Address
The individual fields on this screen are defined as follows:

Description
[0-7] Maintenance Domains are management space on a network, typically owned
and operated by a single entity. MDs are configured with Names and Levels, where
the eight levels range from 0 to 7. A hierarchical relationship exists between domains
based on levels. The larger the domain, the higher the level value.
Used on-demand as the first step to isolate a fault.
Points at the edge of the domain, defines the boundary for the domain.
Identifies all maintenance points in the entity.
