Background Suppression
Background Suppression, illustrated in Figure 52,
prevents undesired marks or images that are
printed on the back of an original from appearing
on the output copy.
The Background Suppression feature reduces the
Medium density settings for Yellow, Magenta,
Cyan, and Black. The High density level for Black
is increased.
Auto Suppression
Auto Suppression increases contrast and
sharpness for clearer output.
