You can print or e-mail the transmission results of faxes and Internet Faxes.

You can also set to always print a transmission report. For details, refer to page 8-37.

Issuing the transmission report

Load the document, and press <Fax>.

Press [Advanced].

Press [Tx Report].

Press [Tx Report Setting].

Select the method for checking the transmission result, and
press [Enter].
% If you selected [OFF] or [Print], press [Enter] and proceed
to step 7.

If you selected [e-mail], specify the destination for transmis-
sion report, and press [Enter].
% Up to 50 characters can be entered.
% To delete one of the entered characters, press [Clear].

Press [Close] twice.
