To mark old messages as 'new'
When a message has been
played back, it is seen as an old
message and will be shown in
the old messages counter.
However, you can play a
message and then reset it as a
new unplayed message again.
This means it will show in the
new message counter again.
The In Use light will flash and
the display will show
a new message
While the message is playing:
Press the STAR button. The
message is marked as 'new'
and you will hear "message
is marked as new". The next
message is played.
To delete all old messages
During playback:
Press the Menu options button.

Press the DOWN navigation
button until the display shows
Del All Old Msg .
Press the OK options button.

The display will show,
sure you want to delete
all old messages? .
Press the Yes options button

To record a memo message

You can record a memo that
other users can listen to just
like a message that has been
received.
Press the Menu options button.
Press the DOWN navigation
button until the display shows
Voice Mail .
Press the OK options button.
Press the DOWN navigation
button until the display shows
Record Memo .
Press the OK options button.
You will hear "Recording
memo" after the beep, speak
your message.
Press the End options button
to stop recording.
To cancel and delete your
memo, press the RED PHONE
button or the Return options
button during recording.
