Programming-Basic, Sweet, Whole Wheat, French and Rapid Bread

Open the lid and remove the bread
pan turning the bread pan clockwise
and then pulling straight up, using the
handle.

Place all ingredients in the bread pan.
Make sure not to omit any ingredients.
NOTE: When using the timer, add the yeast
last on top of the flour and away from
the liquid. This is critical for good
results.

Mount the kneading blade on the
shaft.

Place the bread pan in the bread-
maker and turn counterclockwise.
