% Cause PDL (Printer Description Language) error detected by
the Fiery EXP4110 controller while processing a network
print job.
Remedy Cancel and resend the print job. If problem continues,
reboot both the EXP4110 server and the printer and
resend job. If the problem persists, call the Customer
Support Centre for further help/instructions.
% Cause Disk full error message on the EXP4110 controller.
Remedy Cancel job. Delete unwanted files from the EXP4110
controller. Resend the network print job.
% % Cause When the machine is configured to only print attached
documents when received by mail, a message with no
attachments is discarded upon receipt.
Remedy To print the mail body or header information as well,
change settings in the CentreWare Internet Services
Properties screen.
Refer to "E-mail Print" in the System Administration Guide.
% % Cause Invalid received mail output destination.
Remedy Specify a correct output destination and send the mail
again.
% Cause An error occurred in the document feeder.
Remedy Contact the Customer Support Center.
% Cause The document scanner malfunctioned.

% Cause A communications error occurred between the document
scan unit and the document feeder.
Remedy Contact the Customer Support Center.
% Cause An error occurred in the document scanner.
Remedy Power-cycle the machine. If the document scanner error
is not fixed by performing the relevant remedy, contact
the Customer Support Center.
% Cause The scanned document is copy-protected.
Remedy Refer to "It's illegal..." on page 1-12, and check to see if
the document can be copied.

% Cause An error occurred with the machine.
Remedy Contact the Customer Support Center.

Remedy Power-cycle the machine. If the document scanner error
is not fixed by performing the relevant remedy, contact
the Customer Support Center.
% Cause Paper Tray 1 malfunctioned.
Remedy Contact the Customer Support Center. Trays other than
Paper Tray 1 can be used.
