Delayed Fax vs. Delayed Batch

A delayed fax transmission is one fax sent to one location,
group, or broadcast, at a time and date specified by you.
A delayed batch transmission is a little more complicated.
In a delayed batch transmission, faxes to a single location are
not sent until a specified time. The faxes are sent at the same
time every day.
Imagine that your fax machine is located in the main office,
and you send faxes to your sales force. Your machine can be
programmed to hold all documents being sent to a fax
number (salesperson) until a time you specify. When it is the
specified time, all held documents are sent to the number.
The numbers programmed into One-Touch Keys 31 through
40 are used for delayed batch transmissions.
