13.4 DELETING A WAYPOINT

13.5 SAVING A DSC POSITION CALL AS A WAYPOINT

When a DSC POSITION REPORT call is received from a another DSC radio
the GX1700 allows the position to be saved as a waypoint.
1. After a position has been received, press the

2. The first digit in the WPT Name will be flashing,
press the
name you want to input.
3. Press the
/ key to select the second letter in the name.
4. Repeat step 3 until the name is shown.
5. Press and hold the
waypoint to memory and return to radio operation.
