Starting Remote Viewing

To start remote viewing on your computer:
1. Click the name of your device under My
Stuff on the left side bar.
2. Click Yes if a security window appears.
NOTE: Your browser settings may prevent
you from installing ActiveX. Adjust security
settings to allow ActiveX to install.
3. Enter your DVR's user name and password
when the login window appears. By
default, the user name is admin; password
is 000000.

• A browser window opens with an ActiveX
install prompt.
4. Click the ActiveX install bar and then click
Run Add-on. An ActiveX security window
opens.
5. Click Run. The ActiveX plugin installs.
6. Click WebViewer (Use overlay) to begin
viewing video in high resolution.
• Click WebViewer (Not use overlay) to
begin viewing video in normal resolution.
