Icon/Description
Displays the participant's role or function in the conference:
Chairperson – The participant is defined as the conference
chairperson. The chairperson can manage the conference using
touch-tone signals (DTMF codes).
Lecturer (AVC-based connection) – The participant is defined as the
conference Lecturer.
Lecturer and Chairperson – The participant is defined as both the
conference Lecturer and Chairperson.
Cascade-enabled Dial-out Participant (AVC-based connection) – A
special participant functioning as a link in a cascaded conference.
Recording (AVC-based connection) – A special participant
functioning as a Recording Link.
Note: The Recording participant does not support H.264 High Profile.
If recording a conference set to H,264 High Profile, the Recording
participant connects as Audio Only and records the conference Audio
while displaying the recording icon for the conference.
Request to speak (AVC-based connection) - Participants that were
muted by the conference organizer/system operator can indicate that
they want to be unmuted by entering the appropriate DTMF code
(default 99).
The icon is displayed for 30 seconds.
The IP participant's IP address or the number.
The participant's Alias Name or SIP URI.
The alias of an RSS 4000 Recording System if the participant is functioning as
a recording link.
The participant's network connection type – H.323 or SIP.
Dial-in – The participant dialed the conference.
Dial-out – The MCU dialed the participant.
