2 Troubleshooting Procedures

Replacement Check

Bluetooth module, Bluetooth antenna or system board may be faulty. Refer to Chapter 4,

Replacement Procedures, for instructions on how to disassemble the computer and then

perform the following checks:

The Bluetooth antenna may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the

instructions in Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures. If the problem still occurs,

perform Check 2.

The Bluetooth module may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the

instructions in Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures. If the problem still occurs,

perform Check 3.

The system board may be faulty. Replace it with a new one following the

instructions in Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures.
