Definition
Boolean value that indicates whether a System Card
(smart card) must be inserted in the Encryption
Engine to enable the engine after power-up. This
feature is not yet supported.
The operational status of the "master key" or "Key
Encryption Key (KEK)" used to encrypt Data
Encryption Keys in a key vault. Not used for NetApp
LKM key vaults.
0 = not used
1 = required but not present
2 = present but not backed up
3 = okay
The operational status of an alternate "master key"
used to access older data encryption keys. Not used
for NetApp LKM key vaults.
0 = not used
1 = not present
3 = okay
The number of authentication cards required to
approve certain secure operations. This feature is not
yet supported.
No longer used. Previously used to indicate the
number of smart cards used to back up a Master Key.
The number of cards is now specified when the
backup is created, and not persisted in the database.
Indicates the type of key vault used by switches in
this Encryption Group.
0 = NetApp Lifetime Key Manager (LKM)
1 = RSA Key Manager (RKM)
2 = Internal key storage (for demo use only)

describes the primary key vault for this Encryption
Group. Null if no primary key vault is configured.
Foreign key reference to the KEY_VAULT record that
describes the backup key vault for this Encryption
