IN THE DUPLEX UNIT

If there is any paper jammed in the optional duplex unit, carry out the
following:
Remove the separator (1) and remove any jammed paper
(a)
from the printer.
Replace the separator.

Open the small front cover.
(c)
Slide out the duplex unit/paper tray.
