• Forward to an extension (option) - transfers
the call to an extension instead of taking a
message.
• Forward to a menu - transfers the caller to a
custom designed menu with a number of selec-
tions.
• Forward to a module - transfers the caller to
a custom designed module with a number of
selections. This option is not currently avail-
able.
• Mailbox Off - disables the mailbox and caller
hears, "This mailbox is not available. Press [1]
to try another mailbox or [0] for an operator".
