My Teamwork for IBM Lotus Sametime Installation Checklist
The following checklist addresses installation of a single Sametime server connecting to a
single MyTeamwork server. It is recommended that more complex installations seek the
assistance of Professional Services or Technical Support.
Server software
Domino Server 7.0.1 or 8.0
o (Sametime runs on Domino, even if using LDAP for directory)
Sametime Server 7.5.1 or 8.0 with CF1
o Cumulative Fix Pack1 is required
Sametime Server 7.5.1 or 8.0 CF1 Hotfix
o HotfixMSUN_77K45F provided by IBM Lotus Support
Sametime Template updates from IBM Support Technote:

o Addresses an issue concerning a failed notification to ACS that a user has deleted a
meeting.
Alcatel-Lucent My Teamwork 7.1.x
o Always use the latest build
o Add the necessary licenses for Sametime
Alcatel-Lucent My Teamwork for IBM Lotus Sametime application(for example, build
080512)
o Current build is: for example, May 12, 2008
Client software
Lotus Domino Administrator 7.0 or 8.0
o For admin functions during installation
Lotus Domino Designer 7.0 or 8.0
o For updating database subforms and code during installation
Lotus Sametime Connect 7.5.1 or 8.0 CF1
o Cumulative Fix Pack1 is required
o NOTE: Previous releases of Notes 6.5 integrated IM client have been known to
send unnecessary traffic that may cause delays or failures to this implementation. It
is highly recommended to upgrade previous releases of Notes 6.5 to the latest 7.x
version to avoid these issues.
