You will need access to 3 phones for the following tests.
Verify that an IM window appears to both Buddy-1 and
Buddy-2, and both Buddy-1 and Buddy-2 are dialed. Answer both phones.
Verify their phone icons change to the green 'on the phone' icon.
Verify that Buddy-1 and Buddy-2 can talk.
Verify the number is added to the IM window.
Verify the phone is dialed and answer the phone. Verify all phones can talk to
everyone else in the conversation.
Verify that Buddy-2 is muted and his or her icon changes to 'mute'.
Verify that Buddy-2 is held and his or her icon changes to 'Held'.
As Buddy-1, select Buddy-2's phone icon and press the
