10.4 Diagnostic
The diagnostic facility allows you to test the different aspects of your Prestige to determine if it is working
properly. Menu 24.4 allows you to choose among various types of diagnostic tests to evaluate your system,
as shown next.

Follow the procedure below to get to Menu 24.4 – System Maintenance – Diagnostic.
Step 1.
From the Main Menu, select option 24 to open Menu 24 – System Maintenance.
Step 2.
From this menu, select option 4. Diagnostic. This opens Menu 24.4 – System Maintenance –
Diagnostic.

Enter Menu Selection Number:
Host IP Address= N/A

System Maintenance Menu Diagnostic
FIELD
Enter 1 to ping any machine (with an IP address) on your LAN
or WAN. Enter its IP address in the Host IP Address= field
below.
Enter 21 to reboot the Prestige.
This option allows the user to enter the command mode. This
mode allows you to diagnose and test your Prestige using a
specified set of commands.
Enter the IP address of the host you want to ping.
