RECHARGING SAFETY

Avoid recharging the battery under the following
circumstances:
-
Immediately after using the bicycle, when the
battery temperature has increased.
-
When ambient temperature is higher than 30° C or
lower than 0° C.

BATTERY RECHARGING PROCEDURE

The battery can be recharged by inserting the plug
directly into the socket on the frame. Alternatively,
remove the battery from the bicycle and place it in the
specially designed recharging device.
RECHARGING THE BATTERY AFTER
REMOVING IT FROM THE BICYCLE
Remove the battery as described in the section
REMOVING THE BATTERY.
Rotate dust cap (1) and insert battery charger plug (2)
into the battery socket.
Ensure that the voltage setting is correct (220 V for
Europe).
Connect power cord (3) of battery charger (4) and
operate main switch (5).
RECHARGING THE BATTERY DIRECTLY
ON THE BICYCLE
Put the bicycle on the stand.
Set the main switch to OFF.
Open recharge socket cover (1).
Rotate dust cap (2) and insert battery charger cable
(3) into the connector.
Ensure that the voltage setting is correct (220 V for
Europe).
Connect power cord (4) of battery charger (5) and
operate the main switch.
