LED INDICATIONS

When the colour of the battery charger recharge LED
changes from orange to green, recharging is com-
plete. At that point, the charger current will decrease,
and even if the power cord stays connected no dam-
age will occur. If the battery charger recharge LED
(orange LED) does not light up, the recharge system
is not working properly.
Power supply LED (red light) on:
Recharge LED (orange light) out:
Recharge LED (orange light) blinking:
Recharge LED (orange light) on:

CAUSE
If the power supply LED (red light) is out
If the recharge LED (orange light) is out
If the recharge LED (orange light) blinks
If the recharge LED immediately changes from
orange to green

battery disconnected
malfunction
recharge in progress
recharge complete
REMEDY
Check the setting of the input voltage switch on
the battery charger (220 V for Europe).
Check the alternating current fuse.
Check the alternating current flow.
Check the battery charger.
Check that the battery charger plug is properly
inserted in the battery socket.
Check the direct current fuse.
Check the condition of the battery.
The battery temperature is too high to start the
recharge.
The battery is fully charged.
If the battery is not fully charged, check the
condition of the battery.
