Shooting with Face Priority
Tile camera automatically detects and focuses on a face looking toward tile
camera.
The face priority function will be enabled for the following situations.
• Face priority is selected for AF area mode ([_[_122)
• When Portrait ([_[_40) or Night portrait ([_[_42) is chosen for scene mode
• When scene auto selector mode ([_[_52) is chosen
• When t'-t] (smile timer) or _ (blink proof) is set ([_[_54)

• When the camera detects a face looking toward the
camera, that face will be framed by a yellow double
border.
• When the camera detects more than one face, depending upon the shooting mode,
the operation varies as follows.
