10) Remove the DC spark box bracket assembly by sliding out the mounting
plate from the fi rebox. The mounting plate is located in the lower left
corner of the unit.

11) Disconnect the spark electrode wire from the DC spark box shown in
the image below.
12) Disconnect the 2 DC spark generator wires from the DC Spark box
located on the left side of the DC spark box as shown below.

13) Remove the valve assembly by undoing 12 screws.

14) Partially lift out valve tray.
15) Disconnect the inlet gas line and remove the valve assembly.
16) Replace the valve assembly and reverse steps.
