2.3. PBX Settings

You need to set up the CTI_LINK card to connect with the NCV200.

Insert CTI_LINK card to PBX

Open 'Card Property' of CTI_LINK card from 1. Configuration > 1. Slot > CTI-LINK Card.

Configure the IP settings from the 'Card Property' window.

NCV200 assumes that all the extensions belong to groups. Please ensure all extensions belong to an ICD Group.

You can configure ICD Groups as follows.

Configure ICD Group settings on 3. Group > 5. Incoming Call Distribution Group > 1. Group Settings.

To add member extensions, click on the Member List button.

Important notice : Please put all extensions in an ICD Group.
