NCV200 does not work properly with PDN/SDN feature.
When 'Barge in' is performed, some counters such as Total Incoming Calls will be counted on the agent

which breaks in.

IRNA feature is not supported.

ISDN Extension is not supported.

If a non ICD-G extension picks up a call or retrieves a held call, some counters might not be correct.

If the call is transferred due to Overflow No Answer and an extension answers the call, the extension does
not become busy state.

If an inbound call is delivered to the extension on which PDN is set, and the call is picked up by
other extension using direct call pickup feature, the tree view becomes strange. However, this
problem can be solved if you restart the client application.

If an inbound call is delivered to the extension on which PDN is set, and the call is picked up by
other extension using direct call pickup feature, the correct log is not left in Call Log.
